I am locked out what should I do?

If you see attempt to login to Windows and see the message "The referenced account is locked out and may not be logged on to" it likely that you have entered your password incorrectly too many times.

The solution is simple:

  • Wait ten minutes without entering your password and then attempt another login
  • Allow us to unlock your account

We will do our best to unlock your account in a timely manner however be aware that it may be quicker to allow the ten minute unlock take its course.
